(resolved) Scheduled Network Outage

Technology Services will be upgrading networking equipment at the Truax Campus, which will cause interruption to all network/web services at Madison College. This temporary outage is scheduled for two hours on Wednesday, June 26, from 10 p.m. until midnight.

What does this mean?

• Students, staff and faculty will not have access to Madison College hosted web/network services during this outage.
• Some of the services affected include: myMadisonCollege, Blackboard, Workday, Madison College email, VDI, H:/ drive and VPN.
• The general Madison College website should be available for browsing, but resources hosted at Madison College may be unavailable.
• Resources requiring authentication with a Madison College network account will be interrupted during this outage.
