Tips for Finals

While the thought of finals may feel overwhelming on top of the current COVID-19 crisis, you can set yourself up for success with the right strategies. Here are five tips to help you finish this semester strong:

  1. Eat Healthy and drink lots of water!
  2. Prioritize and plan!
  3. Take a break by calling a friend or going for a walk!
  4. Meditation or soothing music is a great way to allow the brain to relax and refocus!
  5. The most important thing is GET ENOUGH SLEEP!
