Planned System Outage Saturday, Nov. 14, 5 p.m. – midnight

Technology Services is relocating the primary Truax data center. Relocation of the enterprise storage system will begin on Saturday, Nov. 14 at 5 p.m. The following application and services will be unavailable during this relocation process:

  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
  • Blackboard
  • MyMadisonCollege or New Student Portal
  • Access to all file shares (Examples include S:, T:, G: drives) and home directories (H: drives) locally and remotely (VDI, VPN & Fileway)

This change is necessary to maintain our network and computer access. We apologize for any inconvenience.
