Announcing our "Mental Health MATTERS" campaign to focus on your mental health.

Your mental health influences how you think, feel, and behave in daily life. It also affects your ability to cope with stress, overcome challenges, build relationships, and recover from life’s setbacks and hardships. Strong mental health is not just the absence of mental health problems, being mentally or emotionally healthy is much more.

  •  Our semester-long campaign will share LESSONS on practices you can adopt to elevate your mood, become more resilient, and enjoy life more. Watch your Madison College email for these.
  • We will ask you to put those lessons into practice through regular ACTIVITY CHALLENGES. Participation will not only help you build your mental health wellness but could earn you prizes.
  • Finally, look for our "Mental Health MATTERS" EVENT SERIES where experts share tips, techniques, and stories you can use and practice.
  • We will also regularly share RESOURCES to help you explore mental health tools and practices in more depth.
