Laptop & Hotspot Loan Update

Starting Nov 16, you will notice a change to the equipment request form from the Technology Access Program to help align with the terms you agreed to in the terms of service.

You will not be able to submit a request for equipment if you:

  • Are not enrolled in a current or future semester of classes
  • Already have a device of that type checked out
  • Have lost or broken 2 devices of that type

If you are not eligible to request equipment, you will see an error message describing why the form will not be submitted. We hope this change will help streamline the process and ensure equipment is available for eligible students.
