This is a common "Secret Shopper" scam. Following the link in the email would lead to a Google Docs Form asking for seemingly "normal" information for a job (Name, Address, Phone number, Email, etc). After the user has submitted this information, the scammer will either request the user's banking information, stating that they need it in order to pay the user; or the scammer will send the user a fake check that is worth more than the amount the user was expecting, instructing the user to immediately return the extra. The check would then bounce and the scammer will leave with the "extra" that the user transferred to them.
