This is a common type of phishing email attempting to coerce the recipient into clicking the link. If the recipient clicks the link, they will be directed to what appears to be a Microsoft Office365 login page; however, looking at the URL would show that the site has no relation to Microsoft. This page is an attempt at an attack called "Credential Harvesting". When the recipient enters their credentials, they will be sent to the attacker who will then use them for further attacks against the network or sell them to other attackers.
