Annotation

This email came with an Excel Workbook attachment containing macros used to download and execute malware on the user's computer as soon as the document is opened. These macros are contained on a hidden sheet in the Workbook, with the only displayed sheet displaying instructions to the user on how to enable macros for the document.

This is a very common way to deliver malware to a user. If you receive an invoice from someone you were not expecting, do not open the document and do not enable macros. Please contact IT Security if you see any of these messages.
